Beere & Sons built a 3 bed property for us in Hook, Hampshire. They helped us comply with all the Council requirements and the stringent requirements for BRE Code for Sustainable Homes. They worked with us right from the start and helped at every step of the way.
The property they have completed is a first class job. We have been living in it for very nearly 12 months and the only issue we have had is a poor seating on a drain gutter (faulty manufactured part) and they replaced that in no time at all. Everything has worked exactly as it was designed to do. The house is a credit to their excellent work team, all of whom were great people, and went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy.
As a consequence of this excellent work, we asked them to work on our old house, including a complete renovation of our main bedroom and en-suite. The results are also quite stunning.
